30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Changed your mind? No worries — returns are simple and stress-free at Venus Haven. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Venus Haven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@venushaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship it back using a trackable method — please keep your proof of postage. Venus Haven is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or missing)
- Water bottles
- Personalised or custom items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
Please note: Socks are returnable only if sealed in their original packaging. Returns that arrive outside the 30-day window or fail to meet our conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get the right item quickly, we recommend placing a new order so you don't miss out on stock, then returning your original item for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case Venus Haven will cover the return shipping at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@venushaven.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
