Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at hello@venushaven.com with your order number, tracking number, and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / unwanted items: Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping in full — no cost to you.
Items Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions and our 30-day change-of-mind return window do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Contact hello@venushaven.com for assistance. Change-of-mind exclusions:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene- reasons)
- Opened or used consumables
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
