Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / unwanted items: Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping in full — no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used consumables
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
