Australia: estimated delivery times shown at checkout for the General shipping profile are Economy 7–14 business days and Standard 5–10 business days. Processing time remains 1–3 business days. European Union: 7–21 business days. United Kingdom: 7–14 business days. United States: estimated delivery 10–20 business days, as shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping options depend on the products ordered and your delivery address. Final available rates are confirmed at checkout.

For products in our General shipping profile, including the FlexHome 11-Piece Resistance Band Set, Australian shipping options are Economy $5 AUD and Standard $10 AUD. Free shipping is available on eligible orders $75 AUD and over.

For supported international destinations in our General shipping profile, shipping is $10 AUD. Free shipping is available on eligible orders $150 AUD and over.

Products in other shipping profiles may have different rates or free-shipping conditions. Final shipping options and costs are confirmed at checkout.

Heavy & Oversized Equipment

Heavy or oversized equipment may require freight delivery. Standard freight delivery is curbside only and does not include indoor delivery, stairs, or assembly. Additional charges may apply for remote locations and special delivery services.

International Shipping
