How long does delivery take?

Yes — Venus Haven ships to customers across the globe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that large or heavy items such as weight benches and gym equipment may incur additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@venushaven.com and we'll make it right — no return shipping cost to you.
